Insurance
- We purchase insurance for full declared value of items shipped internationally. Insurance does not cover loss due to customs delays or confiscation.
Damage and Loss
- We are not liable for any damage or loss occurring after items are shipped from our warehouse.
- If damage is evident upon delivery, buyer should refuse the shipment and notify us immediately to file a claim.
Returns and Exchanges
- International returns due to buyer's change of mind are not accepted due to high return shipping costs.
- Defective items can be returned for replacement within 14 days of signed delivery. Buyer pays return shipping.
